Join us in our Tasoni Talk with the groundbreaking, artistic designer Grace Wales Bonner, of her own eponymous label, as she shares with us how she expresses identity and mood through place, time, fantasy, and art.

Grace Wales Bonner has carved a unique place for herself in culture, doing things her own way, whether by showing menswear during the women’s calendar, writing an extensive dissertation along with her collection, or by collaborating with artists across industries and from all corners of the African Diaspora, she remains true to her unique vision. This vision has won her the 2016 LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers and the invitation to design a capsule collection for Dior. She dressed Meghan Markle for her first official portrait with her husband, Prince Harry, and newborn son.

Highly intellectual in her approach, the result is nonetheless effortless and extremely wearable. Bonner designs for people to express their own identities, with a sharp attention to the getting all the details right, from the cultural references to impeccable tailoring.
