The limited-edition caps will be launched at the Kunsthalle Zürich anniversary gala on September 19, 2025, and will be available exclusively at Tasoni Zürich, and online at shoptasoni.com. This September, Tasoni is proud to celebrate a milestone in Swiss culture by collaborating with Kunsthalle Zürich on the occasion of its 40th anniversary, marking the institution’s first ever artist merchandise collaboration.

Since 1985, Kunsthalle Zürich has been one of the country’s leading institutions for contemporary art. Over the past four decades, it has established itself as a vital platform for innovative artistic practices and has presented exhibitions that bring together internationally recognized figures with emerging voices. The anniversary reflects not only on a distinguished history but also Kunsthalle Zürich’s continued commitment to curatorial excellence, critical engagement, and fostering dialogue between artists, audiences, and the global art community: values on which Tasoni is also built.

To honor this anniversary, Tasoni has created a series of exclusive caps in collaboration with Zurich-based artists Mitchell Anderson, Jasmine Gregory, and Lorenza Longhi. Tasoni’s second collaboration with the trio of artists, this edition arrives in a series of new colorways, maintaining the artist’s chosen motifs.

Mitchell Anderson’s design, a hat which reads ‘Join,’ reflects his concept-driven practice, and interest in vagueness. Anderson reinterprets cultural memory and material and brings a reflective perspective to his design, while engaging with a known vocabulary of objects and collective history. Jasmine Gregory, whose work explores identity, representation, and the politics of visibility, introduces a bold and distinctive artistic voice to the project, with a cap inspired by her ‘Divorce’ series. The Divorce series is an exploration of the systems that underpin the fantasies that consumer culture sells to us, and explores what happens when those constructs fracture. Lorenza Longhi, recognized for her investigations into the languages of contemporary visual culture, contributes a design that is playful and critically engaged, inspired by a flower motif seen frequently across her work. All three artists represent the spirit of creative interrogation, cultural critique, and imaginative exploration that Kunsthalle and Tasoni seek to champion.

The limited-edition caps will be launched at the Kunsthalle Zürich anniversary gala on September 19, 2025, and will be available exclusively at Tasoni Zürich, and online at shoptasoni.com. MORE STORIES
