Barrie x Goossens: The Craft Behind Collaboration 


Barrie and Goossens have joined forces to create a capsule collection which underlines the craft of both ateliers by combining knitwear with high costume jewellery.


Barrie, one of the oldest knitwear manufacturers in Scotland, has teamed up with Goossens, a Parisian jewelry brand known for fusing art with goldsmithery. The combination of knitwear and couture jewelry reveals the importance of talented artisans within the fashion industry. 


Cashmere sweaters are adorned with iconic patch motifs including the Scottish thistle, rose, bandana and lion. Patches, inspired by Goossens' iconic horoscope medals, are crafted from cashmere and knitted using an intarsia technique. Personalise your favorite sweater with your own zodiac sign, or customise a sweater with your loved ones zodiac sign to create the perfect Valentine’s gift.
