Muzungu Sisters believe in the creation of timeless heirlooms that are meant to be kept for generations. Their artisanal garments feature alluring patterns which are produced with exquisite craftsmanship in mind — opening the users to a worldly exploration full of discovery. 

Dana Alikhani and Tatiana Casiraghi, the label’s founders, strive to collaborate with as many different artisan communities to share their craft across the globe. The two traverse the world to find rare, captivating and sustainable fabrics as well as talented weavers and embroiderers — building international connections. Each piece is ethically handmade, handwoven and hand-embroidered in small, local ateliers.

The pieces are handcrafted in India and Uzbekistan, breaking down borders through carefully curated pieces and simultaneously holding the cultural practices of the artisans as sacred.
